Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un recette livr\u00e9e par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/garouofficial\/?hl=fr\">chanteur<\/a> @Garou.<\/p>\n<p>Cette recette est symbole de souvenir et de moments conviviaux pour le chanteur puisqu\u2019elle lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmise par sa m\u00e8re qui lui pr\u00e9parait ce dessert quand il \u00e9tait enfant. Nous vous pr\u00e9sentons la Tarte aux Bleuets de Garou.<\/p>\n<p>La recette est divis\u00e9e en deux parties, la pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te et la pr\u00e9paration de la garniture.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9poser dans un grand saladier la farine, la poudre d\u2019amandes et le sel. Il faudra former un trou au cente pour venir y d\u00e9poser des petits d\u00e9s de beurre froids (125gr) . Ajouter 100gr de sucre puis, 4 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau. Il faudra ensuite m\u00e9langer afin d\u2019obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse et homog\u00e8ne. Former une boule, la couvrir pour ensuite la laisser reposer au moins 2 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant la pr\u00e9paration de la garniture, il faudra m\u00e9langer les bleuets (500 gr), la ma\u00efzena (35 gr), le zeste d\u2019un citron et le sucre (150 gr). Puis faire fondre du beurre (20 gr) et l\u2019incorporer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Puis, il faudra pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C et \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te pour ensuite la placer dans un plat\u00a0 \u00e0 tartes.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois cette \u00e9tape termin\u00e9e, vous pourrez ajouter la garniture pr\u00e9par\u00e9e pr\u00e9alablement sur la tarte.
