De son vrai nom, Marie Lopez<\/a>, a toujours cultiv\u00e9 un int\u00e9r\u00eat certain pour la cuisine, ce qui l\u2019a amen\u00e9e \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une chaine d\u00e9di\u00e9e sp\u00e9cialement \u00e0 cette passion (EnjoyCooking) qui est suivie par plus de 520 mille personnes. La recette dont nous allons parler aujourd\u2019hui, est une alternative sans gluten, il s\u2019agit de la Pizza avec p\u00e2te au chou-fleur.

M\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une pate homog\u00e8ne et venir \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te dans un moule qui aura \u00e9t\u00e9 recouvert, au pr\u00e9alable, d\u2019un papier de cuisson pour ensuite enfourner \u00e0 170\u00b0 pendant 15 minutes. Une fois sortie du four, la p\u00e2te est pr\u00eate \u00e0 recevoir la garniture, Enjoy Phoenix a agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e sa version de : sauce tomate, parmesan, olives, artichauds et champignons.
